ABOUT ME

My name is Jared, I am an aspiring sports journalist. I have been writing since 2019, and hope to make a career for myself. I enjoy watching NBA basketball, and I'm a huge Golden State Warriors fan. I obtained my BA in Journalism at San Diego State University in the Spring of 2024. I formerly served as the Editor-In-Chief for The Mesa Press, San Diego Mesa College's student news paper. I also served as a Staff Writer for SDSU's The Daily Aztec and really loved the experience. I'll be looking to expand my skills and knowledge as I progress into the professional world. A couple of my hobbies include watching movies, spending time with friends, or playing basketball.
